STUDY: Space Market

The space market study was developed by the Aerospace Brazil sector project, carried out by the São José dos Campos Technological Innovation Park (PIT) under an agreement with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil). It was prepared by the consultancy RioGrande and presented to companies in April 2023.

The study analyzed 774 companies and organizations in 14 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, India and Argentina, and mapped the potential market for space infrastructure equipment in the space, launcher and ground segments. Its findings guide the project’s actions in the space sector and serve as a reference for Brazilian companies that work, or plan to work, in this market.
