During the Paris Air Show 2025, one of the main global events of the aerospace and defense industry, PIT took another important step in its internationalization and strategic partnership mission by signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with SEGULA Technologies, a French multinational with a strong global presence and a prominent position in the aeronautical sector.
The agreement was signed as part of the international mission carried out by PIT in partnership with ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency). The initiative aims to boost the local economy, promote exports from the region and position Brazil as a reference in advanced technologies, especially in the aerospace, defense and mobility sectors. While ApexBrasil provides technical, financial and strategic support for company internationalization, PIT acts as a catalyst for connections with the global market, expanding concrete opportunities for business and technological cooperation.
“This partnership with SEGULA Technologies is in line with our commitment to attracting and connecting global companies to our innovation ecosystem. Having a player with international experience and investments in the Brazilian aerospace sector is an important step to expand opportunities for technological development and value creation in the São José dos Campos region and in the country.” Jeferson Cheriegate, President of PIT, the Technology and Innovation Park São José dos Campos
With more than 16,000 employees worldwide, 1,000 of them in Brazil, SEGULA Technologies has more than 30 years of experience in engineering, innovation and technological development. The company works in several industrial sectors, with a strong presence in aviation, where it leads cutting-edge projects alongside major global manufacturers.
The agreement marks the beginning of a structured channel of dialogue between the two institutions, focused on possible future collaborations in research, development and innovation. The goal is to build an environment of mutual trust that allows joint projects in open innovation and technological expansion in Brazil to move forward.
