From June 3 to 5, PIT’s Brazilian Aerospace Cluster and Agropolo Vale Cluster took part in SpaceBR Show / Drone Show, one of the most important events for the space, drone and eVTOL sectors in Brazil, held at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo. The clusters were represented by 10 member companies, which occupied a 62 m² space alongside major players such as AEB, Visiona and IACIT.

Participating companies and business opportunities

The participating companies were Tecterra, Global Drones, Spotsat, Lunus, Orbital, Saipher, Breng, Opencadd, Invent Vision and Ftronic. SpaceBR Show / Drone Show gave them the opportunity to present their products and services to a specialized audience, prospect new business and take part in exclusive business rounds between companies and government agencies. The event was an excellent opportunity for these companies to show the quality of the Brazilian industrial base and to establish strategic partnerships.

Focus on the space and drones vertical

In recent years, PIT has worked to strengthen its space and drones vertical, with a focus on the New Space movement, which brings new technologies and business models to the space sector. Since 2022, the Aerospace Cluster has shown the strength of the Brazilian base at industry events, including the IAC in Milan and the Paris Air Show in 2023 and 2025. These activities have been key to building closer ties with AEB and other institutions, fostering the growth of the Brazilian space market.

For agribusiness, space and drone technologies are already essential for competitiveness, optimization, planning and field operations. From geolocation technologies to drone spraying, innovation and technology are key strengths of the Brazilian base for agribusiness worldwide.

Participants considered the 2025 edition of SpaceBR Show a success. The 10 PIT member companies highlighted the event as an excellent platform for generating business and partnerships. Throughout the three days, the PIT stand was visited by institutions that are important for the clusters’ governance, such as AEB, ANAC, Embrapa and FINEP, as well as the Consulate of Finland, the UK Space Agency and the United States Department of Commerce. On the first day, the Vice Governor of São Paulo State, Felício Ramuth, and the Mayor of São José dos Campos, Anderson Farias, visited the companies to learn about the technologies developed by the Brazilian industrial base.

Next steps

The success of PIT’s participation in SpaceBR Show 2025 reinforces the importance of bringing the space community together. This year, in addition to strengthening connections and partnerships, PIT is focused on organizing the Paris Air Show participation with its member companies and on other relevant aerospace events, with the goal of generating more connections and opportunities for the Park’s members.
